Cloud Far Away — Internet Check
Check Your Internet
See your public IP, browser environment and network health. Everything runs in your browser. No account, no tracking scripts, and your fingerprint is never uploaded.

What gets checked
Internet Identity
Your public IP address, its country and network operator, and how data providers classify the network.
- Public IPv4 / IPv6
- Country and region
- ASN and operator
- Hosting, VPN, proxy and Tor flags
Browser Environment
What your browser reports about itself, its display, and its graphics capabilities. Computed locally.
- Browser, version and engine
- Operating system
- Screen, viewport and pixel ratio
- WebGL and WebGPU
Network Health
How your connection behaves to this server: round-trip latency, jitter, and address family in use.
- Latency
- Jitter
- IPv4 / IPv6
- Download and upload (opt-in)
What leaves your browser
Browser, display, graphics, canvas, audio and font values are read and displayed locally. They are never sent anywhere. The IP lookup asks this server to resolve your public address, and the optional speed test moves data between your browser and this server only — it does not start unless you press the button.
How this works
Run Full Check executes a set of independent checks. Each one reports its own result and its own source. Browser checks never leave your device; the network checks measure round trips to this site.
Input
- No input required
Output
- Public IP address and address family
- Country, region and network operator
- Browser, operating system and display
- Latency and jitter
- A transparent overall health score
Privacy
Browser, display, graphics and fingerprint checks run entirely in your browser and are never uploaded. The speed test does not run unless you start it.
Limitations
- IP geolocation is approximate and usually accurate only at the country level.
- VPN, proxy and hosting flags are opinions reported by third-party data providers.
- Latency is measured against this site, not against the internet in general.
- No check can prove that your connection is private or that it is not.
Frequently asked questions
What does Cloud Far Away check?
It reports your public IP address and network operator, your browser and display environment, WebRTC address exposure, and the latency and jitter of your connection to this site.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Browser, display, graphics and fingerprint values are computed in your browser and are never sent anywhere. Only the IP lookup and the optional speed test involve the server, and the speed test runs only when you start it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account, no history and no server-side storage of your results.
Why do some results say Unknown?
Unknown means a check could not run or a data provider had no answer. It is kept distinct from a negative result, because "we could not tell" and "no" are different findings.
